About Me
Born in the snowy, flat landscapes of Minnesota, I always had a vibrant imagination that set me apart. As a child, I reveled in the joys of playing outdoors and constructing intricate worlds with Legos, clinging to a sense of wonder that others seemed to outgrow. In high school, a transformative encounter with Mrs. Walker ignited a passion for writing that had previously been dormant.
In 2015, I ventured into the realm of Dungeons and Dragons, becoming a skilled Game Master and honing the craft of world-building. The love for storytelling didn't stop at the gaming table. With a dream journal dating back to 2010, I turned nightly visions into lucid narratives, evolving from a Dream Blog to ambitious short stories.
The turning point arrived in 2022 when a New Year's resolution blossomed into a commitment to write a novel. One year later, after months of dedicated editing, I birthed the Ever-Wound series—a testament to my unwavering love for the written word. The initial idea for a single book transformed into a series, fueled by a desire to share an abundance of stories.
Away from the keyboard, I cherish the company of animals, particularly my 9-year-old cat, Xandrix. Nature walks, philosophical pondering, and a diverse appreciation for the arts shape my multifaceted interests. A college journey marked by shifts from architecture to I.T. and psychology reflects a mind constantly seeking understanding.
My writing isn't merely about creating worlds but delving into profound 'what-ifs'—exploring the meaning of life, love, and the intricate tapestry of friendship. My passion extends beyond the written word to embrace all forms of art, ensuring a constant wellspring of inspiration.
As I look ahead, there's an eagerness to continue crafting tales, creating worlds, and sharing the beauty I find in both reality and the realms of imagination.
